Legal texts in force (multilingual)

The text of the civil and commercial mediation law currently in force in each country, in the original language and translated into Italian, English, French and Spanish. A section complementary to World legislation index (the index of all 197 jurisdictions) and to Historical legislation (historical texts in the original language only).

Important note. This section collects the text of the civil and commercial mediation legislation currently in force in each country, in the original language, together with translations produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence into Italian, English, French and Spanish (the original language, when already one of the four, is not re-translated). Translations are unofficial: they are not certified and have no legal value, and may contain inaccuracies. Only the official texts published by the competent authorities of each country, cited in the «Source» section of each page, are authoritative. For provisions embedded in broader codes (e.g. a code of civil procedure), only the articles specifically dedicated to mediation are reproduced and translated, not the entire code.
