Since 2011, mediaresenzaconfini has tracked how mediation, conciliation, arbitration and ADR are regulated, practised and reformed around the world. It is edited by Carlo Alberto Calcagno, an Italian lawyer and certified family mediator engaged in long-term comparative research on mediation legislation.
