International legislation on mediation

The list covers all 195 jurisdictions surveyed by the comparative database of mediareinformati.it. Articles are currently only available in Italian; where a multilingual legal text page exists, the link below goes directly to it. Otherwise the link leads to the source article (in Italian) or to the summary page on mediareinformati.it (marked ↗), with the reference law, status and official sources.
